UK DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard Delivery
* UK delivery cost : £10 (for orders under £300)
* Free UK delivery on orders over £300
Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, in particular Christmas and New Year. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Please check all deliveries upon arrival. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so that we can investigate.
Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods Policy
This trade portal is available exclusively to pre-approved business customers, orders placed through this site are treated as B2B transactions. The statutory cooling-off period under consumer law does not apply to business purchases.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 in relation to genuinely defective goods.
Cancellation / Change-of-Mind Returns Policu
We do not accept returns or order cancellations for non-fault reasons, including:
* Change of mind
* Ordered in error
* Over-stocking
* Products no longer required
All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or you have received an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at trade@finebedding.co.uk
with:
* Your order number
* Description of the issue
* Photographs showing the fault/damage (where applicable)
We will assess the case and provide next steps. Where a return is approved, we will arrange either:
* A replacement,
* A credit, or
* A refund, depending on the circumstances.
Returns Process
Returns will only be accepted where authorised in advance by our team.
Returned goods must be:
* In their original packaging,
* Unused, and
* In a resalable condition (unless the return relates to a genuine fault).
Any unauthorised returns may be rejected or returned to the customer at their cost.
CUSTOMS AND CHARGES
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of The Fine Bedding Company's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges.
