Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website, from outside the UK, complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of merchandise through The Fine Bedding Company Ltd is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to provide personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Acceptance of your order
A delivery charge will be added to your order value if under the free delivery order threshold, please see delivery times and charges. The Fine Bedding Company will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, a contract between the customer and The Fine Bedding Company for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 in relation to genuinely defective goods and any implied terms that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Payment and taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
We currently accept payment made by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by The Fine Bedding Company Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Fine Bedding Company Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Title & Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) of goods passes only when full payment has been received.
Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods Policy
All orders placed via this trade portal are strictly business-to-business (B2B). The statutory rights available under consumer law (including any cooling-off or cancellation right) do not apply.
Change-of-Mind Returns or Cancellations
Once you place and confirm an order, the contract is firm and final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for non-fault reasons (including, but not limited to: change of mind; ordering errors; over-ordering; or surplus stock).
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If upon delivery you believe goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing at
* Replacement goods;
* or a credit note;
* or a refund.
No return will be accepted without our prior authorisation.
Delivery Discrepancies & Inspection
Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. Report any discrepancies (e.g., missing items or incorrect quantities) within 48 hours of receipt. Reports of quality defects must still follow the 7-day receipt window.
Insurance
The Fine Bedding Company insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
UK delivery details
We are unable to announce deliveries. Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, in particular Christmas and New Year.In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Online descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publication. Please note, however, that due to the variations caused by browser software or computer systems, used by you, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown in our colour reproductions.
