The Georgian, Grade II listed Richmond Hill Hotel has recently undergone a £4.5m refurbishment that has seen the addition of a new wing and 82 bedrooms over five floors which includes suites specifically aimed at those who suffer from allergies.

Following collaboration with Heal’s trade team who were responsible for specifying many of the soft furnishings, we have supplied Smartfil® Boutique Silk luxury bedding for new allergy friendly rooms at the Hotel.

The ability to offer guests a non allergenic option is becoming increasingly important as a recent study by Cornell University Survey Research Institute highlights: 83% of travellers canvassed say they would choose an allergy friendly room if they had the option; 59% of travellers would choose one hotel over another based on availability of allergy friendly rooms.*
